Ying Zou is a workstream lead at SAP Language Experience department, where she plays a crucial role in driving the strategic project of Rigi implementation and adoption within SAP. She holds a Master’s degree in language, culture, and translation from University of Mainz, Germersheim in Germany. Having worked at SAP headquarters and resided in Germany for over a decade, Ying relocated to SAP Lab Shanghai in China in 2021. In addition to her extensive experience in the software localization industry, she is a certified sworn translator appointed by German courts. She was selected by the German Terminology Council to translate “The Basics of Terminology” into Chinese. She is also a member of the China-Europe Intercultural Writers Association.
